As a Staff Photographer & Videographer, you will be responsible for creating photo and video content as part of our internal studio team. Equal parts photographer, cinematographer, retoucher and editor, this role requires a balance of strategic conceptual thinking that delivers against the brief, pre-production planning, post-production and deadline and time management. You're a passionate visual storyteller who knows that the best final outcome is only achieved by planning for every granular detail. You understand the value of studying/testing product, location scouting, pulling scrap, crafting shot lists and storyboarding before even thinking about gear or picking up a camera. Must demonstrate experience in a visual storytelling creative production role Photographer, Cinematographer, Videographer with a skillset and competencies to execute in all three. Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Cinematography, Fine Art, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience - required. Must have 1-3 years of progressive experience, most recently in a creative production role such as Photographer or Videographer, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
