Register with Boatshed to see 72 extra photos of this Lancer Yachts 29 Mk 3 Standard Keel .From 1977-1985, Lancer Yachts of Irvine, California hired renowned sailboat designers C&C to produce a lightweight family cruiser, and what emerged from a C&C 29 M1 and M2 racer was the Lancer 29 M3. Currently up for sale, is this 3-owner Lancer 29 Mk 3 shows very nicely. Commissioned in 1982, she was one of the last 29 Mark 3s produced before evolving to the Lancer 30 M5. The exterior appears solid and well preserved, especially for a boat of this generation. Stepping onto the vessel is unobstructed by lifelines and deck hardware. The black anodized aluminum toe rail is a stand out feature of the race boats designed by C&C. There is a nice canvas dodger with clear plastic that looks very nice and functional. The lifelines and stanchions appear to be in very good condition. No cracks or dings in the hull are visible and everything appears to be original. This sailboat has all the amenities to meet the needs of a solo sailor, a couple or small family just getting into sailing. These boat details are subject to contract.
