Position Overview Organize and direct production of in-studio and remote ENG events. Works closely with clients to identify needs and develop video and/or training projects that meet or exceed expectations. Core Responsibilities: Audio / Video engineering handling of all technical setup of equipment Lighting / set designing skilled at utilizing all available equipment to suit any and all client needs Live multi-cam production coordinate and produce remote (ENG) or in-studio events Videography provide creative direction to talent and crew to ensure all objectives are met Troubleshooting / Diagnosis / solutions prompt identification and diagnosis of technical issues Produce/Technical-Director: o Webcasts o Executive Announcements o Town Halls Video editing editing and transcoding of video/audio projects a plus Sustain acute knowledge and understanding of all audio and video equipment Qualifications Proven experience in live event production, broadcast operations, or streaming media management. Comprehensive understanding of audio/video signal flow, routing, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Dealer and Field systems, telepresence, and corporate communication platforms. Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required. Education Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Video Production, Communications, Journalism
