Our Video department is looking for a Supervising Producer to oversee all aspects of video news and enterprise coverage on Saturdays and Sundays. You will coordinate, plan and execute both breaking news and planned events, and program and curate our short-form video journalism. We're looking for an experienced manager, thoughtful storyteller and excellent collaborator. You have impeccable news judgement and can work autonomously to identify critical stories, vet reporting, and structure powerful video both on and off platform. A track record of making sound editorial decisions and a keen eye for stories that must be told in video is essential. You will also be responsible for deciding the order and importance of our video journalism content on our site and app. The job requires the ability to ideate, prioritize and organize videos in order to create a cohesive, highly visual, engaging and informative viewing experience.
