Project Manager This position is to help facilitate both construction and production logistics to meet TV show deadlines. You will liaise with construction and design teams on the ground to ensure production is informed and progressing as planned. You will work closely with the Story Producer to ensure that all construction and design scenes are set-up, all supplies are on-site, and ready to shoot prior to the crew traveling to each location. Key Responsibilities Liaison between Production and all construction teams (must know what's going on at each reno and what the projected timeline is and/or if it shifts); communicating accurate, up-to-date information to Production team. Liaison between Production and all design teams/support staff hired by Show Hosts; frequent check-ins to ensure projects are on-schedule and production can progress as planned. Assess jobs to flag any delays and/or issues that may impact production. Provide Story Producer with ongoing reno/design updates to help plan episodes. Work with construction and design teams on the ground at each project to ensure Story Producer's scenes are set-up and ready for each shoot. As required, create and maintain key design and construction documents: schedule, scope of work, materials required, deliveries, key dates, list of labour, trades, etc. If required, conduct site visits to each shoot location (Florida, Muskoka, Bahamas) General production coordination/support (travel, logistics, scheduling, etc.). Contra support (seeking, negotiating, managing new and existing partnership deals). Track and create Material Resource Guides for each episode. Must be available for 2 Producer-selected in-office days/week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays); days may change. Start: Early May 2024 Wrap: Mid/Late December 2024 (TBD) NOTE: MUST BE A RESIDENT OF ONTARIO, CANADA AND AVAILABLE TO BE IN-OFFICE IN DOWNTOWN TORONTO ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS EACH WEEK. NO EXCEPTIONS.
