The Assistant Editor is responsible for supporting the production staff in their daily needs, facilitating the archive of fighter reels and maintaining all pre-production needs for content airing in our TV broadcasts. This position is also responsible for creating template-based graphics and ensuring their delivery to edit team. This position does not travel and remains at our headquarters. Due to needs, this position will work during the weekend and possibly swing shift into the late evening. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. As a Staff Photographer & Videographer, you will be responsible for creating photo and video content as part of our internal studio team. Equal parts photographer, cinematographer, retoucher and editor, this role requires a balance of strategic conceptual thinking that delivers against the brief, pre-production planning, post-production and deadline and time management. You're a passionate visual storyteller who knows that the best final outcome is only achieved by planning for every granular detail. You understand the value of studying/testing product, location scouting, pulling scrap, crafting shot lists and storyboarding before even thinking about gear or picking up a camera. Must demonstrate experience in a visual storytelling creative production role Photographer, Cinematographer, Videographer with a skillset and competencies to execute in all three. Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Cinematography, Fine Art, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience - required. Must have 1-3 years of progressive experience, most recently in a creative production role such as Photographer or Videographer, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
