She was very tastefully and extensively refurbished during 2023/24, with an all new interior, making a very pleasant 2 bedroom live-aboard. A large galley and saloon, with a diesel "Bubble" stove and central heating, leading to the companionway into a smaller double with fitted wardrobes. Midships is the spacious shower room, with a macerator toilet and a washing machine. In the bow is the very nice master bedroom, with a transverse double and many fitted wardrobes. Her Canaline engine has done very few hours and runs very well indeed. She has 3 nearly new leisure batteries and one engine start. I can highly recommend taking a closer look at this one! She was built in Cowes by H Saunders and served her time in Scotland where she saved 305 souls. She is up and running, sea worthy and capable of being fully off grid. She would make an excellent house boat or live aboard. Her hull is double diagonal and made out of Honduras mahogany and appears in excellent condition. She is a single screw with a gardener 4 cylinder engine. She has a gas boiler, shower, hot water, 24v solar for the engine start batteries and 12v solar for the leisure batteries, 12v toilet, hydraulic steering, 2x electric bilge pumps and 1x manual bilge pump, fridge freezer, 230v generator, Raymarine navigation, CCTV, internet, diesel heater, air compressor, whistle and a wood burner.
