The Video Producer/Director is a senior creative team member of our TV Division. A Video Producer/Director works independently with minimal supervision to tell complex stories about Tulalip locally, regionally and nationally. This position will write, produce, direct, record, and edit video content for both internal and external messaging at a professional level. Directs and technical directs live event productions, including multi-camera and live-streamed content. Provides technical support, training, and mentorship to others within the division. This position must develop a deep understanding of Tulalip's treaty, constitution and laws to both understand and disseminate complex ideas to audiences without specialized education. The Video Producer/Director demonstrates consistently high proficiency with the necessary video presentation and storytelling skills. Must have five (5) years of experience as producer or director in a full-time professional video production environment. Indian Preference in hiring shall apply.
