We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer/Editor with advanced expertise in motion graphic design, animation, editing, color grading, and audio design. This is a hands-on creative role that also requires strong leadership and communication skills. While this is not a management position and does not oversee other design staff, the role includes mentorship responsibilities and active participation in the Design Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will contribute to weekly critiques, provide creative input, and help uphold and evolve our brand standards. This is a senior-level Motion Graphic Design role primarily, with Editing as an equally important function. Associate or bachelor's degree required. Must have a minimum of six years as a Motion Graphic Designer in a professional production environment (broadcast production preferred).
